Diyan Industries is a conglomerate with interests in cement, building materials, engineering equipment manufacturing, construction chemicals and textiles. 		Parasakti Cement (1.5 million tons per annum) was established by the Diyan Industries in the year 1998. Parasakti Cement is avalible in OPC (43 and 53 Grade), PPC and SRC. The brand is currently sold in Andhra Pradesh , Tamil Nadu and Karnataka regions.


		The first venture of the Diyan Industries, Diyan Industries was established in the year 1993 to manufacture Bulk Solids Handling Equipment and Industrial Fans for the cement Industry. Today, Diyan Industries is one of the leading suppliers of Bulk Solids Handling Equipment and Industrial Fans in the Indian Subcontinent markets.



		TurboKopar is a Joint Venture company of Diyan Industries, India and Kopar Group, Finland.TurboKopar is a total solution providing company for handling abrasive and hot materials. We use both pneumatic and mechanical conveying technologies to provide efficient and cost effective solutions. TurboKopar's presence in India through this joint venture enables us to deliver world class solutions and service at your door step.



		Is a 100% cotton yarn manufacturing unit established in the year 1996. Erstwhile known as 'Induspin', is a well established supplier of yarn in the Indian Subcontinent markets.



		In 1999, the Diyan Industries formed a Joint venture with Laticrete International (USA) to manufacture and distribute tile and stone installaction systems for the Indian Sub-continent markets. MYK Laticrete has over 12 regional offices and 2 manufacturing facilities and is supported by a 300 strong dealer network across India.



		In 2006, the Diyan Industries formed a Joint venture with Schomburg GmbH, Germany to manufacture the complete range of construction chemicals. Its product range includes waterproofing systems, industrial flooring, admixtures and surface treatments, grouts and anchors and building and joint sealants.
